Domestic Shipping Policy
All order will be shipped at no cost, shipping method will decided on by ErgoPharm. ErgoPharm is unable to ship to a P.O box; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders shipped to locations inside of Illinois will be charged 7.75% sales tax. Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses
ErgoPharm is more than happy to ship to APO & FPO addresses. The US Postal Service has no tracking on military orders, and those orders can take from one to eight weeks for delivery. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.

International Shipping Policies
ErgoPharm is unable to ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
