Methandrostenolone

Methandrostenolone — better known as methandienone — is one of the oldest oral anabolic–androgenic steroids: a 17α-methylated derivative of testosterone with an added double bond that shifts the balance toward anabolic activity while remaining orally active. It is the archetype against which most oral anabolics are still described.
